i had a decent stay at this hotel during my visit to providence. the location was perfect for exploring the area, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. my previous experience here was okay, but this visit significantly exceeded my expectations with a comfy room and easy access to nearby dining options.
the air conditioning was ineffective.

Perfect location for exploring the nearby ferry terminal and enjoying some sailing. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. Just a heads up, the parking was $25 a night, and be careful—it can be slippery. Definitely try the food from Vig!
One disappointment was the room. we had an air-conditioner issue and got moved to another room with a half-height window that looked out on a roof. Definitely an unexpected letdown.

The dining scene nearby is popping! Trinity Brewhouse has phenomenal local brews, and Massimo's is a must for that homemade vibe. Plus, the hotel staff was super friendly and the location was beautiful!
Now, about the room—it smelled musty and the air conditioning was a bummer. Check-in was a bit of a mess too. my wife had to jump through hoops just to get into the room.

I loved the comfortable bed, but the room had a dirty bandaid in the shower.

We had a lovely night here with our kids, enjoying the spacious room and tasty food at the lobby restaurant. The pool was perfect for relaxation after a long day, and there was also a nice outdoor area to unwind. The only downside was a minor delay in getting extra towels, but it didn’t take away from our great experience! 😊

Convenient Stay Packed with Excitement!
Our family enjoyed a whirlwind stay filled with fun. The queen room was cozy, offering a perfect respite after a day at the Dunkin Donuts Center. We loved walking to nearby restaurants. don’t miss the local diner. Pro tip, ask for a room away from the main street for added tranquility!

I stayed at the Hilton in Providence for a couple of nights and found the location incredible. It’s a short walk to many attractions, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival, and they were always helpful. The room had a comfortable bed, perfect for a good night’s sleep. However, the air conditioning wasn’t very effective. I struggled with a warm room. The facilities felt a bit dated. I also found it disappointing that there was no mini-fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. Parking costs were somewhat high, which added to the expenses. I had a decent dining experience, but nothing extremely memorable. The upkeep could definitely improve for a Hilton brand. I expected more from the amenities.

missingWrote a review on Jun 26comfortable environmentlarge lobbydirty parking
The location offers easy access to vibrant local restaurants and attractions, making it a prime spot for exploration. The large lobby area encourages guests to relax and socialize, providing a comfortable environment to unwind after a day out.
The room featured an air conditioning unit that struggled to provide a comfortable temperature, making sleep a challenge. Expecting better from a hotel of this chain, I noticed outdated decor and areas in need of repair, such as holes in the wall. The parking garage was noticeably dirty, filled with litter that made it unwelcoming for anyone arriving. Overcharging for parking was another downside that left a sour taste during my stay.

Convenient but needs upgrades
Spent a night here for a gig next door. The room was pretty spacious, but the shower had some hair and the vent was totally dirty. The bed sheets felt cheap and pilled, not what you'd expect from a Hilton. The bar area was nice tho. Too expensive for what you get, honestly.
